Move set/ Abilities
Quirk Skill α: Delaware Smash Air Force
Produce a shock wave with a powerful flick of your finger, crouch to use all bullets at once for one big blast!
Quirk Skill β: St. Louis Smash
Rush attack with a fierce drop-kick.
Quirk Skill γ: Blackwhip
Use a whip that extends out of your hand to draw in enemies. Activate mid-air to grapple onto walls and move around.
Special Action: Carry to Safety
Carry a downed ally on your back. Auto revives your ally by placing them back down.
Fun fact! During My Hero Ultra Rumble’s beta test version, Izuku’s “Quirk Skill γ: Blackwhip” had an alternat variant that could be used by rapidly tapping the Quirk button, this variant of the attack would use Blackwhip to grab a nearby object and continuously slam it down in a swaging motion in front of you left to right (Think of it like a slower moving, bigger hitbox version of Toga’s “Quirk Skill β: Slasher Killer Knife”) It was a cool variant of the attack and it is unknown why it was removed for the full release of the game.
