Shoot off a block of cement. The cement shot becomes a pillar upon landing, This pillar stays for a set amount of time.
Quirk Skill β: Load-Bearing Wall
Create walls of cement. Move left to right to spread the walls out into different shapes.
Quirk Skill γ: Structural Slab
Create a huge cement foothold/platform that stays for a set amount of time.
Special Action: Defensive Wall
Create cement walls to surround downed ally, The ally will also be automatically revived.
