This blood-sucking girl uses her Quirk to take the form of whoever’s blood she just drank! Although this might be hard to see when stuck amidst a flurry of her knives.
Move set/ Abilities
Type: Technical
Quirk Skill α: Jagged Throwing Knife
Long-range knife throw. Throw multiple knives by holding down the button.
Quirk Skill β: Slasher Killer Knife
A fierce knife swing attack. Hold button to go into sprint after first swing while continuing to swing your Knife’s forward land a quick succession of cuts, The more cuts you hit, The longer the sprint will last!
Quirk Skill γ: Blood Sucker
Throw two syringes that draw the opponent’s blood when hit.
Special Action: Blood Sucker/Transform
Stab a syringe into a downed opponent and draw their blood. Use the opponent’s blood to Transform into them! and use their skills. Cancel Transform by double pressing the crouch button.
Fun fact! During My Hero Ultra Rumble’s beta test version, Toga was actually a Rapid type character at base, and Ochaco was a Technical type, however for the full release of the game they were switched! So now Toga’s base moves are a Technical and Ochaco is a Rapid.
Another Fun fact! Also During My Hero Ultra Rumble’s beta test version, Toga’s Special Action would let her instantly K.O. a downed opponent when used, this was removed for the full release of the game and now it will only do a small chunk of damage.
