MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE – Maintenance adjustments made on May 21, 2025

Through our maintenance update on May 21, 2025, we made the following changes.

New Features

・ Added a new stage; U.S.J. Ver. 03, an upgrade of U.S.J. Ver. 02.
*Maps have a total rotation of five hours, with two hours for Chaos City, two hours for U.S.J. Ver. 03, and 1 hour for U.A. Island Ver. 02.
* The Tutorial, Training, and Custom Match modes are not eligible for map switching.

・ Added sound effects when leveling up Tuning Slots

・ Added sound effects when unlocking Tuning Slots

・ Added a survival time adjustment during matchmaking
└ The strength of your opponents will slightly vary based on your average survival time in your last five matches

・ Added a Team Battle adjustment during matchmaking 
└ When performing a Team Battle via invites or Team ID search, you will face slightly stronger opponents in matchmaking
└ The strength of opponents will vary depending on whether two or three players were invited to your Team Battle

・ Added compensation when an ally disconnects or idles
└ Waived Entry Cost remains
└ Increased drop rate of Character Data and Character Data Exchange Tickets

・ Added a Bonus for defeating a Full Team Member
*A pre-formed team of three invited players is considered a “Full Team”
*Bonus Rank Points will be awarded under the following conditions:
└ You K.O. a member from a Full Team
└ You assist a K.O. for a member from a Full Team
└ Your teammate K.O.s a member from a Full Team
 *Only applies in Ranked Matches

・ Added a Bonus for Defeating Higher Ranked Players 
 └ When you K.O. a player ranked above you, you earn bonus Rank Points based on the Rank difference
 *Only applies in Ranked Matches

System Adjustments

・ Adjusted the UI design and mechanics for displaying attack direction

・ Actions will now be interrupted if your character moves too far from the target
 └ Rescuing/Threatening civilians
 └ Rescuing teammates
 └ Unlocking Item Boxes

・ You now retain all Quirk Skill Levels upon revival

・ Increased the time from the start of the final Phase to when the zone begins shrinking

・ Increased the time from when shrinking starts to when it ends during the final Phase

・ Changed Weekly Mission reset time from Sundays 9:00 PM (PST) to Tuesdays 1:00 PM (PST)

・ You can now check the number of compensation items required when assigning character data to Tuning Slots

・ Server Lobby matchmaking has been adjusted to better match players of similar strength

・ You can no longer proceed to the results screen after being K.O.’d until one of the following conditions is met:
 └ 60 seconds pass after your K.O. without anyone picking up your badge
 └ 60 seconds pass after an ally picks up your badge
 *This restriction does not apply if enough time has passed since the match began

・ Revised rules for costumes with boost effects
 └ Newly added costumes will now always have boost effects in two events
 └ If a costume is added during an ongoing event, its boost effects will begin with the next event. 
    *The next event may occur in a different season.

・ Costumes earned as Rank or License rewards during a season will now receive boost effects in all events of that season.

・ Quirk Skill β [Big Fist Shield]
 └ Fixed a bug where some attacks couldn’t be blocked and caused damage.

Denki Kaminari (Lightning)

・ Quirk Skill γ [Lightning Way]
 └ Fixed a bug where the second and subsequent charges wouldn’t face the correct direction at high FPS.
 └ Fixed a bug where the skill could chase enemies through walls

Hitoshi Shinso

・ Quirk Skill α [Binding Cloth: Crushing Strike]
 └ Fixed a bug where captured enemies could not be slammed on the ground.
 └ Fixed a bug where slam distance would sometimes be too short.
 

・ Special Tuning Skill [High-Speed Replenishment] and [Speedy Civilian Rescue]
    └ Fixed a bug where effects could continue even after expiring.
 

・ Fixed a bug where some skill ammunition would deplete too slowly under low FPS.

・ Special Action [Electrification]
 └ Electrified state no longer ends when grabbed.

Eijiro Kirishima

・ Special Action [Hardening]
 └ Hardened state now persists when reacting to damage.

Shota Aizawa

・ Special Action [Erasure]
 └ Now affects enemies in Permeation state.

Mirio Togata

・Special Action [Permeation]
 └ Reduced duration of Permeation.
 └ Reduced Gauge cost when moving near allies.

Momo Yaoyorozu

・ Quirk Skill γ [Create: Bullet Rain]
 └ Increased durability of the created weapon.
 

Dabi (Crazy Torch)

・ Quirk Skill β Scorching Admonition
 └ Delayed the timing when flinch immunity activates after being hit.
 

Mr. Compress

・ Quirk Skill β Sleight of Hand
 └ Increased damage of reflected projectiles.
 └ Increased movement speed while using the skill.

Shoto Todoroki

・ Quirk Skill β [Heaven-Piercing Ice Wall]
 └ Reduced activation time.
└ Reduced recovery time after activation.
 └ Increased falling speed while airborne.
 

・ Quirk Skill γ Ice Stalagmite
 └ Increased range.
 └ Reduced time before moving after triggering follow-up skill.
 └ Increased movement distance of the follow-up skill.

Endeavor

・ Melee Attack
 └ Now advanced slightly during aerial melee attacks
 

Denki Kaminari (Lightning)

・ Quirk Skill α [Lock-On Elect]
 └ Normal shorts can now hit the same enemy multiple times.
 └ Reduced lock-on charge time while aiming.
 

・ Quirk Skill β [Tracking Bolt]
 └ Reduced delay between detection and homing.
 └ No longer breaks after detecting a target.
 └ Reduced damage.

Kurogiri

・ Quirk Skill α [Dark Master]
 └ Increased direct hit damage.
 └ Reduced damage of lingering mist at impact point.
 

・ Quirk Skill γ [Shadow Haunt]
 └ Now supports gyro controls when controlling mist viewpoint.
